If Advanced Operational Concepts cancels or reschedules a live training event, you may opt for a full refund or attend the rescheduled event.

If you decide to cancel your attendance at an Advanced Operational Concepts live training event:

• Your purchase is fully refundable up to ten calendar days prior to the day of the event.
• No refund is available for cancellations made less than ten calendar days prior to the day of the event. 
• If you must cancel your attendance, please email aoc.security@adopcon.com with the word cancellation in the subject line.
